Joensuun Kodit

Joensuun Kodit is a real-estate company fully owned by the city of Joensuu. The company owns, manages, rents and builds rental houses and flats.

The company’s role is to supply reasonably priced, good-quality rental flats that both meet the demand for rental flats and are suitable for the different life situations of customers.

The total number of flats is nearly 4,700, and Joensuun Kodit also has flats in Eno, Uimaharju, Heinävaara, Kiihtelysvaara, Tuupovaara, Hammaslahti and Reijola. (see section "housing targets").
