Change in door opening billing
The billing for door openings will henceforth be handled by the maintenance companies responsible for each property.
This change will take effect starting from February 1st, 2026.
The charges for door openings are:
20€ between 8:00 and 16:00
40€ at other times and on public holidays
An additional billing fee of €10 will be applied
