Internet connections for residents provided by Elisa

According to the agreement between Joensuun Ellin Kodit Oy and Elisa, residents’ rent includes an internet connection with a basic speed of 25 Mbps, as well as Elisa Cable TV, which provides a high-quality television connection.

The internet connection can be activated by ordering the basic speed service or by subscribing to a faster connection for an additional fee. More detailed instructions for ordering the internet can be found here: Joensuun kodit - Elisa

 

NOTE! At Kutterikuja 6, the broadband operator is DNA.

HEINÄVAARA AREA:

Apartments have the option to obtain a fiber optic connection, which operates on an open fiber service model. You can check the service providers at www.avoinkuitu.fi/palveluntarjoajat.

For more information and to open a connection, contact: Ari Hakulinen (Oy Cap-Net Finland Ab), tel. +358 400 882000. Cap-Net is the network operator for the area. Once the network is ready for use and the modem is active, additional services can be ordered for the connection. Joensuun Ellin Kodit Oy is responsible for the costs of the physical network, while the subscriber is responsible for the services they order from their chosen service provider.
