House Maintenance

With Notice of Defect form, you can report defects in your apartment or elsewhere in the property or the need for maintenance directly to the ADP-system of maintenance. Before making a defect report, check from maintenance responsibility table whether the defect is the responsibility of Joensuun Kodit or the resident. If you are unsure, remember that it is always better to report a detected fault than not to report it.
