Rent increases 2026

The Board of Joensuun Elli’s Homes Ltd has decided on rent increases on 18 November 2025. The amount of the increase varies by property, and the average increase is 1.2%. In some properties and apartments the increase is higher, and in others lower. The rent is adjusted according to the cost-price principle, meaning that any increase is based solely on the rise in actual maintenance and operating expenses.

The new rents will take effect from 1st February 2026. We will distribute the rent increase letters to the apartments during weeks 47 and 48.
